KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute against an annual Marketing plan for Tamarindo, which includes our membership, events & consulting service offer
  • Creation and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain monthly reporting to the Senior Management Team on the impact/results of marketing activity
  • Maintain the company brand in line with guidelines
  • Creation of and updating of all collateral
  • Manage copy for a wide range of channels for a mix of target audiences (website, social media, newsletter, ads etc)
  • Develop lead generation initiatives and manage lead flow between marketing and sales
  • Website management and ongoing development
  • Maintain a schedule and publish content on the website regularly
  • Manage an effective social media presence
  • Proactively identify awards to enter and submit accordingly throughout the year
  • Proactively identify an annual cycle of external conferences to attend, and contribute to, and manage follow up / lead generation / measure effectiveness
  • Support the design and delivery of marketing material for our programme of reports, conferences and events
  • Management of all company imagery, including printed material for events
  • Management of media partnerships
  • Responsible for overseeing data protection strategy and implementation
  • Liaise regularly with directors and senior staff to discuss projects and milestones

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• 3-5 years experience in a similar B2B marketing role that includes marketing planning and execution 

• Managed external relations and outsourced functions

• Experience of managing a range of social media platforms

• Event marketing experience is highly desirable

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong copywriting skills

• Good interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels of an organisation.

• Adept at utilising social media and other digital communication platforms

• Creative and innovative approach

• Knowledge of GDPR is essential

• Good understanding of website marketing and refresh tools (SEO, CMS etc.)

• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics

• Sound IT skills: Adobe InDesign, Canva, Asana, Webflow, Photoshop / Illustrator, Hubspot
