Role Overview

The role of Head of Research & Projects is best suited to a degree-educated individual who has a background in research, analytics and project management.

At Tamarindo, we are on a mission to accelerate the global adoption of renewable energy and clean technology through better communication and stronger networks. Delivering quality research and impartial, membership-led insight, played back to our community through reports and networking events, strikes at the heart of this goal.

Central to the success of this role is the ability to develop and enhance our existing research process for our power list reports programme – thereby transitioning the already well-respected reports, towards being led by analytics and supported through our existing editorial team. It is essential therefore, for the candidate to be both data and analytics focused and adept at building strong relationships with sales and editorial teams.

More broadly, the role is intended to establish stronger links between existing and future membership networking, event and content initiatives – thereby enabling us to successfully shift from being recognised either for our media or event products, towards a more comprehensive, cohesive, fully integrated, membership platform.

As a fast-growth business, the successful candidate will be able to manage short term priorities against long-term commercial objectives and will be comfortable working in a small, tight knit but highly focused team.

We are open to the role being offered either on a full or part time basis, to suit, with a minimum requirement of working two days a week. Work can be either undertaken in the office or remote.
